We cannot fulfill individual/personal orders at this time.
Memory boxes are provided at no cost to hospitals. In the check out’s “billing” section, use the hospital’s name on address line one and street address on line two. The order form will not ask for/require any credit card information.
Memory boxes are available for hospitals through these options:
Pickup in Wallingford, CT:
Memory boxes can be picked up locally. A valid hospital ID is required at pickup to confirm they will be used in a hospital setting.Free Delivery within Connecticut:
We offer free delivery to any hospital in Connecticut. A minimum order of 8 memory boxes is required for delivery.For Hospitals Outside Connecticut:
If you're located in a state neighboring Connecticut and need memory boxes, please email us to see if we can accommodate your request.
Please use your hospital email address when placing an order. Once your order is received, Adalynn’s Gift will reach out to coordinate pickup or delivery.
If an order does not meet the pickup or delivery requirements outlined above, Adalynn’s Gift reserves the right to cancel the order. We will contact the email provided before proceeding with cancellation.
